I feel that I have been moved around alot with my work, every year I had to fix new problems and contribute to achieving numbers for issues that were currently there. The first 1-2 years I was doing sales and getting sourcing requests and service meetings, and making commercial videos for Japanese suppliers. In the 3rd year I became a unit manager for overseas marketing, responsibility to find new lists by different services, mail marketing, and make the supplier-studio website, and now my unit is changed to Sekai Connect, prioritizing 55 sourcing requests per person. I feel a bit taken advantage of for tasks that other people cannot do or dont want to do. But I am a person who doesn't complain much, and I can adapt quite easily. I feel that my actions have shown that I commited a lot of my life's time to work and tried my best fulfilling expectations, and that I have grown in certain experiences. I am always willing to try and collaborate with colleagues to face new challenges.
